Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the product in your music productions, but redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the files is strictly prohibited.
Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products
All digital products purchased from Music for the Eyes LLC are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds aren’t available. This policy ensures fair use and protects our work.
Kontakt Requirements
STRIKE STRINGS works with the free Kontakt Player 8; no need for the full version.
STRIKE DRUMS and ECLIPSE require the FULL version of Kontakt 7.10.7 or higher, and will NOT run on the free Kontakt Player.
Return Policy for Physical Products
Because our products are made-to-order through Print-on-Demand partners, all sales are final except in cases of damage or production error.

Because our products are made-to-order through Print-on-Demand partners, all items are produced specifically for each customer. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including wrong size chosen, change of mind, or preferences regarding fit, color, or design. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re happy to help. Simply contact us within seven days of delivery with a brief description of the issue and clear photos. Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed, but the reshipment cost is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are not available for orders lost due to inaccurate shipping details, so please double-check your address during checkout.
Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept physical returns. Items should not be mailed back to us or to our print partners, as returned packages cannot be refunded or processed.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible—while we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
