​These Store Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website (“Store”). By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store or purchase any products.​​

1. Company Information
This Store is operated by Music for the Eyes LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).​

2. Products
​
We offer both physical products (such as apparel and merchandise) and digital products (including software, virtual instruments, sample libraries, and downloadable content).
All physical products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) partners.
​
Product images, mockups, and colors are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

All purchase and account information provided is accurate and complete;

You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.​
4. Made-to-Order & Final Sale Policy (Physical Products)
Because our physical products are made-to-order through Print-on-Demand partners, all sales are final, except in cases of damage, misprint, or production error.

No Returns or Exchanges
Since each item is produced specifically for each customer:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse;

This includes incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preferences regarding fit, color, or design.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and order details before completing their purchase.​

5. Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items (Physical Products)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will assist you.
To request a resolution:

Contact us within 7 (seven) days of delivery;

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.
Once verified, we will issue either a free replacement or a full refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

6. Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses (Physical Products)
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped after confirmation;

Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility;
-
Refunds are not available for orders lost due to inaccurate shipping details.

7. No Physical Returns (Physical Products)
Because all physical products are printed on demand:

We do not accept physical returns;
-
Items should not be mailed back to us or to our Print-on-Demand partners;

Returned packages cannot be refunded or processed.

8. Digital Products – General Policy
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once access is granted or files are downloaded.
Digital products are licensed for use in commercial and non-commercial projects, including film, TV, games, trailers, and other audiovisual productions.

However, redistribution, resale, sharing, sublicensing, or making the products available as standalone files or as part of any competing library, sample pack, or instrument is strictly prohibited, whether free or paid, without explicit written permission.
9. Digital Products – Kontakt & System Requirements
Certain digital products sold in this Store require Native Instruments Kontakt to function properly.

9.1. Kontakt Requirement
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page:

Our Kontakt-based products require either the FREE Kontakt Player or the FULL version of Kontakt (paid), as specified in each product description;
-
STRIKE STRINGS works with the free Kontakt Player 8; no need for the full version.
-
STRIKE DRUMS and ECLIPSE require the FULL version of Kontakt 7.10.7 or higher, and will NOT run on the free Kontakt Player.
-
Komplete Kontrol alone is NOT sufficient to run Kontakt instruments;
-
Customers are responsible for verifying that their system meets all software and hardware requirements before purchasing.
Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for a refund.​
9.2. Compatibility Disclaimer
We do not guarantee compatibility with:
-
Unsupported or outdated operating systems;
-
Unsupported DAWs or plugin formats;
-
Systems that do not meet Native Instruments’ official requirements.
​
Issues resulting from unsupported configurations or third-party software limitations do not constitute product defects.

9.3. No Refunds for Incompatibility
Refunds will not be issued for:
-
Inability to install or run Kontakt or Native Access;
-
Attempting to run products using Komplete Kontrol instead of Kontakt;
-
DAW incompatibility;
-
User error or lack of familiarity with Kontakt-based instruments.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the system requirements listed on the product page.

10. Digital Products – Technical Support
When requesting support, please include:

Your order number;
-
Operating system and version;
-
DAW and version;
-
Kontakt version;
-
Screenshots or error messages, if applicable.
Support does not guarantee compatibility outside supported environments.​
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
-
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.​
