Overview

Evoka Music ("the App") is developed by Music for the Eyes LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

 

Data Collection

Evoka Music does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All notes, saved items, and creative content you create in the App are stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers.

AI Features

The Direction and Spark features send anonymous creative prompts to a third-party AI service to generate musical suggestions. No personal information is included in these requests.

Microphone Access

The App requests microphone access solely to record voice memos within the Memory feature. These recordings are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted externally.

Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external websites (such as plugin stores or YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
